Meet Baby Drew @ 10 Days New

Recently you saw a blog on a yoga loving mom to be...well let's give a big welcome to baby Drew! Isn't he absolutely gorgeous?! I may be a bit bias. 

I have been photographing this family for a few years now and was elated to find out that they were adding a new member to the family, shortly following the loss of Drew's grandfather. He was a great man and baby Drew is his namesake. I just know his grandfather's spirit lives within him.

Don't let these sweet sleepy faces fool you, Drew was awake the entire session. He just wanted to know what was going on.

Drew's mama told me that he actually slept for hours after the session since he wore himself out posing for the camera. 

I know Drew's big brother and sister are so excited that he is finally here. I can't wait to do a family session for them soon. But, adding a 3rd baby to the family makes coordinating outfits and schedules more difficult so we had a mini session to show off the little man before he grows up far too fast. 

It was so nice to meet you baby Drew and welcome to the big wide world.

The Lil Sluggar Grayson turns ONE!!

OMG I can't believe this little boy is about to be one. I still remember getting the first email from his mom and being so excited to meet him.

Grayson is such a curious, sweet and fun little boy. He has THE bluest eyes and such a calm demeanor. He is always such a pleasure to photograph. 

I love the Dr.Suess themed first birthday party his mom is working on. Oh! The places he will go.

When Grayson was a newborn, we did photos of him in a Yankees cap and with a baseball. What better way to bring it full circle than to return to the ball field?!

I can't wait until he is actually playing ball and I get to photograph that one day in the not so distant future.

I don't think I've seen a cuter nerd in all my life. I would have a study date with him any day!

Evelyn at 14 Days New

This little princess gave her mommy & me a run for our money. But, after culling and editing you can't even tell she was awake the entire session! I just love the flower headbands that her mom brought in. She modeled them like a pro.

Little E looks nice and tiny in the basket even though she was over 9 lbs!

She is a perfect mixture of her mommy and daddy. Those sweet plump lips are her moms! & her precious hair, eyes and apparently her toes belong to dad.

Some of you may have seen the empty teepee shot on my Facebook page the night before E's session. Her parents & big sis are big FSU fans. Naturally, she rocked the set. This was the one set Evelyn actually fell asleep in. You can almost hear the war chant playing softly when looking at her.

There isn't much sweeter than a baby girl and her daddy. 

Miss Evelyn was bright eyed for pictures with mommy. I'm waiting to see if she will end up with mom's gorgeous curls!

Life is a little bit louder for big sister Ava. She is adjusting well to life with a newborn & she couldn't love her sister more.
