First let me introduce you to Bowser, an adorably spunky little 3 year old Shih-Tzu.
His mommy Heather loves him very, very much. Heather became concerned with all of the dog treats on the market, imported from other countries, with dangerous chemicals making puppies sick. Heather makes all of the treats herself.
